Ketan Trivedi, Registered Physiotherapist
Ketan achieved his Bachelors of Physiotherapy degree in 2010 from Rajiv Gandhi University Health Sciences, India. He has been practicing for 7 years in different settings like Hospitals, Long Term Care, and Out Patient departments. He is a member in good standing with Ontario College Of Physiotherapy & Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He has acquired a number of specialized certifications which includes Acupuncture Level -II , Mc Kenzie Part - I, Vestibular Rehablitation. He is currently working on the certification of Concussion Management.
Ketan say he choose physiotherapy as a career because he was interested in knowing the anatomy and mechanisam behind sports specific injuries. Then it became his passion to treat those injuries by using different tools from his tool box.
When He is not working he enjoys cooking, spending time with his 4 year old son and watching basketball.
Neha Multani, Resident Physiotherapist
Neha earned her Bachelor’s degree of Physiotherapy in 2012 from D.A.V. institute of Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation, Jalandhar (India). After completing her graduation from India, she relocated to Canada for further studies. In 2015, she completed her diploma course in Recreation and Leisure services from the Mohawk College.
She worked as a recreation volunteer in Caroline place retirement Home and Eva Rothwell resource centre, Hamilton. For almost one year, she served Dundurn Place Care Centre ( a nursing home in Hamilton) as a PTA.
Currently Neha is working as a Resident Physiotherapist and is on her journey towards becoming a registered Physiotherapist. She is experienced in treating patients with different conditions such as low back pain and shoulder pain and other neurological conditions as well.
Neha has a great passion in bringing health to people by providing her best quality services using different advanced treatments. Her main motive is treat her patients with undivided attention during the appointment and educate them about their injuries and its preventive measures.
Talking about her hobbies, she enjoys dancing, cooking different food and watching movies. Also, when time permits, she loves enjoying the time with family and friends .
Vraj Patel, Massage Therapist
Vraj is a Registered Massage Therapist and Registered Radiation Therapist. He grew up in Anand, India and has been living in Hamilton since 2017.
Completing a Bachelors in Radiation Therapy from Sardar Patel University in 2017, Vraj came to Canada and completed an Advanced Diploma Program in Massage Therapy and graduated in August 2019. In addition to being an RMT, Vraj also holds CAMRT certification and is a Registered Radiation Therapist.
With a background in radiation oncology for cancer and in massage therapy for musculoskeletal conditions and other health-related purposes, his goal is to combine the knowledge and skills he has learned and use it for the best care and treatment of his patients.
Vraj is also going to bring Oncology Massage Therapy, an approach of massage therapy for people who are living with cancer or have a history of cancer. These treatments are going to be very well focused and personalised for cancer patients.
Vraj wants to maximize his patients’ quality of life through high quality treatment and attentive care. He is also a huge advocate in using education as a tool to help patients treat, live with, and prevent injuries and pain.
Iqra Ahmad, Physiotherapist Assistant
Iqra Ahmad is a recent graduate of Fleming College’/ Occupational Therapist Assistant and Physiotherapist Assistant Program and is our current Physiotherapist Assistant. She is an experienced Physical Therapist licensed in the Philippines with a background in community-based Physiotherapy.
The philosophy that Iqra lives upon is “Difficult does not mean impossible - it simply means that you have to work hard”. Her experience working with various clinical settings would surely aid each client to their specific needs.
In her spare time, Iqra enjoys planning trips with friends or family (checking cheap flights!), exploring new recipes, sitting by the beach and going for a relaxing stroll.
